Normal shave ice ends in a sticky puddle. Our home-made Taiwanese-style ice cream blocks are shaved into ribbons so fine and creamy they melt in your mouth with every bite.

Every shop pours the four classics, then adds one flavor of its own — named for the place it comes from.
Honey
Raw honey, crunchy graham crackers. A staff favorite.
Piñacolada
Pineapple and coconut. The closest thing to a beach no matter where you are.
Strawberry
Fresh strawberries on top, cut every morning.
Mango
Ripe mango, piled high. A customer favorite.
Raspberry
Named after the iconic Bear Lake. Only in our Utah shop.
Taro
A local Hawaiian favorite. Only in our Hawaii shop.

The recipe comes from the distant island of Taiwan, mixed with the spirit of aloha and the flavors of Hawaii. It travels well — from the ocean side of Oahu, to a turquoise lake in the Utah mountains, and next to the beautiful beaches of Cozumel.
